pydub-scripts

A collection of Python simple scripts to work with pydub.

To work with mp3 or ogg formats you will need ffmpeg or libav:

  • If you want to install ffmpeg
apt install ffmpeg
  • If you want to install libav
apt install libav

List of scripts:

  • extract_mp3.py: extract mp3 audio from mp4 file.

  • mp3_to_ogg.py: convert from mp3 to ogg.

  • mp3_to_wav.py: convert from mp3 to wav.

  • ogg_to_mp3.py: convert from ogg to mp3.

  • ogg_to_wav.py: convert from ogg to wav.

  • wav_to_mp3.py: convert from wav to mp3.

  • wav_to_ogg.py: convert from wav to ogg.

  • playsong.py: play mp3/ogg/wav audio file.
