Missing changelog

Hi,

Thanks for the great work on this project. I am unable to find a changelog. Specifically, I wanted to understand what was the breaking changes for 4.x. Can you point me to it if there is one. If not, can we add one going forward?

@mlucool There is currently no changelog. The closest approximation is looking at the commit history.

The main breaking change from 3.x to 4.x is that collapsible notebook headers is disabled by default. So users wanting to allow collapsible notebook headers going forward need to explicitly opt in by setting the relevant ToC setting.

@kgryte Is there some documentation that explains how we can "opt in"? I don't see any new button in the toc panel.

@nigiord You need to set the extension setting in the "Advanced Settings Editor", which can be accessed by the settings dropdown menu.
