This integrates darkmode with tailwindcss and MUI properly which I was unable to find a working example of scouring the web. It was a quite a pain to get working right and avoid all the small errors I found when testing other examples. Realistically using tailwindcss and MUI together probably is not the move, unless trying to incrementally switch over to one from the other.
