Game Mod Final Project - Hotline Quake

How to setup

  1. Download this project's zip file and extract it
  2. In the base folder, find the folder name CUSTOMMOD and copy it to your quake 2 game directory
  3. Next, make a shortcut to the quake2.exe
  4. Open the shortcut's properties and add to the end of the target +set game CUSTOMMOD
  5. Run the shortcut to play the mod

Mod Features

  • Weapons have been tweaked to feel more like hotline miami
  • Enemies die in one shot, and so does the player (just like in hotline miami)
  • Enemies drop random powerups on death
  • Rating and high score list for the first 3 levels
  • A game breaking boss at the end of each level :)
