Quitting from lines 75-91 (afterQC_filt0.5_PDX80QC.Rmd)

could you show me the command of running draw.eset.QC() and the structure of eset ? I cannot reproduce the errors.

This one is solved, it was because one group in my data had just 1 replicate (rare event)
