Features

Completed and tested features up to Part 3.3 DXR. nvidia Quadro P1000 does not support DirectX ray tracing and only worked with the fallback layer FL.

The compute capability of the Quadro P1000 is 6.1.

Also rewrote significant portions of main.cpp from C++ to ISO C.
