doc: what should `typst-lsp`'s `exporPdf` be set to?

README.md mentions the exportPdf = "onType" setting for typst-lsp, but does not mention how that live update interacts with :TypstWatch's live update. Should only one of them be used? I.e., should exportPdf be set to "never" when we intend to use :TypstWatch?
