These are a set of general purpose Matlab functions I wrote to in order help with a variety of data processing tasks. They are most intended either to fulfill a role for which I could not find an existing function or to capture a specific algorithm inspired by scientific literature. Some of these files, in particular the plotSpread package and wmean function, were downloaded from the Matlab File Exchange but are included here because they are used throughout my code.
