RPM | Create package for Kaltura Batch Server (aka kaltura-batch)

The kaltura-batch package will include all files and configs required to run a Kaltura Batch server responsible for transcoding and similar asynchronous batch processing tasks.

This package requires the common packages configured by #15 .
