Command line tool to stabilize shaky videos using libvidstab(shared library filter in FFMPEG) and Hugin Panorama Stitcher(Panotools).
Transformation of frames is done with lens projection information(fisheye or other) in Hugin PTO project file. Particular camera lens calibration - to account for eventual misalignments of lens and sensor from assembly line.
