Download, install, and configure CakePHP 1.3.6 or later - no guarantees it will work with any later version. 2. Create your database by importing the SQL file in this directory, then delete it. Modify config/database.php accordingly. 3. Copy the contents of this directory into your app directory, overwriting all files if prompted. That's it! Enjoy.
