make download has no option to download the whole 661K database.

Hi Karel, how can I download the whole 661K database, not just the 661k-HQ collection?
Don't worry, I can use the File4_QC_characterisation_661K.txt, which marks if a sample is of high quality, to create an HQ collection for building my database.
