Reslist VMF Generator
A modified and improved tool based on litexev's "Reslist map generator" inteded for Portal 2 left over reslist files.

It allows you to upload a .lst file which will output a text that you then can put in a blank .vmf file and inserting the content inside of it.
This will then allow you to open it in Hammer Editor.
