• /usr/local/lib/python3.12/site-packages/kvirt/cluster/k3s/workers.yml doesn't look like a valid plan file. Maybe you provided a parameter file. When using kcli scale on a cluster with a bunch of workers nodes +10 and strict vm rules is used.
