Organizing Spaceborne Geospatial Data with SpatioTemporal Asset Catalog (STAC)

This repository contains sample solution that demonstrate how to deploy and execute Azure Orbital STAC workload on your Azure tenant. We recommend that you read the document on Organize spaceborne geospatial data with SpatioTemporal Asset Catalog (STAC) before deploying this solution.

They're intended to explore the possibilities of the Azure Services and are a starting point to developing your own solution. We recommend that you follow the security best practices as per the Microsoft documentation for individual services.

Getting Started

This repository contains Bicep templates and code samples to help you setup the Azure Orbital STAC solution. To get started, follow the steps in the deploy document to setup the Azure resources required to build your pipeline.

Once your infrastructure is setup, use the Cataloging Sample Data document to catalog the sample data provided.

Cataloged STAC Objects can be accessed through the standard STAC API Specificiation.
