TambYOLO

TambYOLO is a swaggy simple hashtag picker. It acts like a lottery drum or "tambiolo" in Filipino but since we're in a digital world, it uses Twitter's hashtags as the "numbers" to be drawn.

NOTE: This is my first solo attempt in writing a Python app. Please be kind.
