Digit-Recognition-with-Parameter-Tuning

The project includes using GridSearchCV to identify the best combination of estimator parameters.

Set up

  1. You can use the requirements.txt file to setup a virtual environment. Whether you are inside a virtual environment or otherwise, you the following command to install all dependencies: 
    pip install -r requirements.txt
  2. Extract the data.zip file so that it creates the data folder with the training and testing file.

Run

  1. Run the jupyter notebook using the following command: 
    jupyter notebook
  2. From the newly opened browser tab, select the Digit Recognition.ipynb notebook and run it.
