A guide to using the Admin Data Table

Admin Data Table

This document explains how to interact the Admin Data Table viewable by the administrator.

  • The data table can be found in the navigation menu under "Company Admin Profiles"
    • NOTE: This navigation option is only available to admin accounts

  • Company members populate the table displaying their profile picture, name, email, role, and joining date along with a toggle to disable their account

  • Pagination and an option to change the number to display per page can be found at the bottom of the table

Searching the Table

  • To search the table, click on the magnifying glass icon on the desired column.

  • After clicking the icon on the desired column, enter a search term in the provided field and press the SEARCH button

  • The filtered view based on the term entered into the search field will be displayed.

  • This same search method is available on all of the columns.
  • To reset the field, simply press RESET on the search popup

Disabling an Account

  • Selected accounts can be enabled/disabled using the toggle button under the column "Disable"

  • After toggling the disable switch you will be prompted by a modal asking if you are sure you want to disable the account

  • Once the account has been disabled the disabled account will see this if they attempt to log in:
