People-App
Android App which allows citizens to submit complaints based on location, keep track of them and rate the authorities based on the response and quality of work. People can keep track of the complaints made by them by checking the details of the complaint ID. People can give feedback to whoever solves/ doesnt solve the complaint given by them. People can also have the list of all the complaints made by them that are yet to be solved. Graphs are provided to view the relative performance of the authorities, based on ratings provided by the citizens, thereby allowing them to choose better during elections.
