This site is the same as centexfirehelp.org, and can be used with slight variations in code for any disaster rescue and recovery helper site. It was based on an idea/site by Dr. Michael Caudy which he created to aid in the Haiti Earthquake recovery, though no code is shared. The idea is all that is duplicated here, and is expanded on considerably.
