shitty instructions

  1. copy sample.env to .env and use your own api key
  2. install python
  3. install poetry
  4. run `poetry install``
  5. activate the new env, minelooked like this 
    emulate bash -c '. /home/ken/.cache/pypoetry/virtualenvs/jamesneedsdata-6cSSU6lb-py3.10/bin/activate'
  6. call the python script 
    python jamesneedsdata.py --file western_states-sample.csv
