how to reproduce issue mentioned by PR PaddlePaddle/PaddleOCR#10421

how to fix it

  1. use modified paddleocr module code ( as the way by PaddlePaddle/PaddleOCR#10421 ), replace into python root path's Lib\site-packages\paddleocr\ directory.
cd /path/to/python/Lib/site-packages/
rm -rf paddleocr
git clone https://github.com/kerneltravel/PaddleOCR_Lib_site-packages_paddleocr_fixed  paddleocr
cd paddleocr
git checkout -f  fix-issue-root-cause    # NOTE: the branch fix-issue-root-cause fix two lines of paddleOCR code that import module but not use module,which will cause pyinstall miss packaging those modules  into output binarys, at exe runtime will throw error: Lib\site-packages\paddleocr\ppocr\utils\utility.py line 17: moudule not found: imghdr.
  1. cd to_exe.py's directory
git checkout -f 7ccfed3  # NOTE: this 7ccfed3 commit fix the to_exe.py file: add "--collect-all paddleocr" as parameter to pyinstall, so the ablow ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tools' error was fixed.

rm -rf  dist/

python to_exe.py

cd dist/

./main.exe

[works well, will output as bellow]
