Browser-based visualization tool for cluster-based quality-control of tractography output to facilitate modeling of white matter fascicles

Cluster-viz is a web-based viewer for manual quality-control/"cleaning" of fascicle models produced by tractography. The idea is to select inclusion/exclusion bundles using a fast clustering algorithm (Quickbundles by Garyfallidis et al.) to iteratively cluster the streamline dataset into progressively finer sub-bundles.
