Change DATABASE_HOST=postgres
to DATABASE_HOST=localhost
Change MAIL_HOST=maildev
to MAIL_HOST=localhost
Run additional container:
docker-compose up -d postgres adminer maildev redis
npm install
npm run migration:run

npm run start:dev

Generate migration
