Rule-Based Weather Chatbot using Facebook Messenger
This chatbot uses regular expressions to parse the user's messages and does not use Natural Language Processing (NLP). It uses Facebook Messenger to interact with the user.

- Dark Sky for weather information
- Google Maps to geocode place names to latitude/longitude required by Dark Sky
- Facebook Messenger Platform
