A Python package to assist with administering ArcGIS Online Organizations.
- Create a spreadsheet of all users in the org
- Update map service urls in webmaps
- Search for new users and add them to a list of groups
- Move (migrate) all items between accounts (single or batch)
- Search a portal
- Fork and then clone the repo.
- Run and try the samples.

Unzip into a folder such as C:/myscripts

Change the directory name from C:/myscripts/ago-tools-master to C:/myscripts/agoTools (name must not have dashes).

Then do one of the following: A) add that directory to your system path -OR- B) append the directory at runtime using the sys module in python:
import sys sys.path.append('c:/myscripts')
- Create a spreadsheet of all users in the organization
- Add new users to a set of groups
- Migrate items and group ownership/membership between user accounts:
- Generate a CSV listing the items in the organization
- Register items listed in an input CSV to the organization
- Remove (delete) all items from a designated folder under My Content
- Remove (unshare) all items from a designated group in the organization
- Update any missing thumbnails for items under My Content with a default
- Update map service URLs in web maps
- Update the URL for registered services or web applications
