pyasn_translate.py is what converts IP addresses to their ASN
sibyl_graph.py is where the graph generation happens
RIPE_LIST.txt is the list of ASes of VPs in RIPE Atlas
responsive_as_list.txt is the list of ASes that are RR-Resopnsive
reachable_as_list.txt is the list of ASes that are RR-Reachable
