Things that need testing after changes are finished:
- Installation
- All models with both methods
- Human genome & exome frequencies and de-normalization
- Function to build catalogues
- Retrieval and plotting of signatures & exposures
- Plotting of reconstructed spectrum
- Extraction and model selection for multiple nsignature values
