Convert TAP3 file in ASN.1 format to ASCII
This tool converts TAP files (i.e. files used to exchange data between mobile network operators for roaming calls) into ASCII format for readibility.
TAP3 version in essence ASN.1 formatted file and can be decoded/encoded using the standard. The standard file is also attached for reference.
