Estimating RNS Velocyto using Seurat

Hi, I have a count.matrices.rds after running Dropest on my single-cell data. I have 4000 cells and I observed many doublets are present in my data set. I want to remove these cells from my Dropest file before running the Velocyto using Seurat. How can I filter cells?
