Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'settings')

I want to use this project, but when I press the 'Settings' button and the 'Add Camera' button, I get an error saying "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'settings')".
How do I solve this?

I solved the problem. But I still have the problem.
"PanelSettings.js:166 POST http://localhost:3000/api/settings 500 (Internal Server Error) " and "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500." The two problems come out alternately. How do I solve them?
