MILOS is a web app that helps users create blog posts from videos by generating captions and putting them through a trained GPT-3 Model which will automatically break the video down into multiple chapters and generate the blog post. Technology involves, OpenAI Whisper and GPT-3, MongoDB, React, Python/Flask, and Azure for cloud deployment.
Terms of Service Agreement
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the creator of the app, Collin Kite ("Creator"), regarding your use of the app. By using the app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the app.
Purpose of the App: The app is a proof of concept and a school project. It is not intended for commercial use and is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
User Data: The app is not responsible for any loss or damage to user data, including but not limited to hacking or deletion without notice. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of any data they submit to the app.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Creator shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from or in connection with the use of the app.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Creator harmless from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or in connection with your use of the app.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Creator resides, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Creator regarding the use of the app and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the app.
Waiver: The failure of the Creator to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by the Creator in writing.
By using this app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
