python IUpair.py <input yaml>
To create a new classifier with a set of training data, you need to change the token to yours and the new classifier name. Currently the feature of ouput result file is not imeplemented yet. Negative is needed in the yaml file but not used. Maybe it will be used in ynlu someday.
