/IRCclient

IRC client based on RFC-1459, RFC-2810, RFC-2811, RFC-2812 and RFC-2813. It also adds some functionality like the possibility of sending files between users(only on local!). Other functionality, such as audio notes is half completed. If anyone is interested, I can finish it off.
