#CircleCI SendGrid integration test

1. Create CircleCI project w/ below environment
  * `SENDGRID_API_KEY`
  * `SENDGRID_MAIL_FROM`
  * `SENDGRID_MAIL_TO`

2. Mark git tag, and push
  * Note: *Only* tag (No any branch) is set as trigger.
