Implements the Support interfaces of Room with SQLCipher for Android.
SQLCipher for Android supported Room from version '4.3.0', so we have to use that.

This library provide CipherRoomFactory.
When you want to use an encrypted database, pass it to RoomDatabase.Builder openHelperFactory method.
