Bubble sheet is designed in Microsoft Word.
Bubble sheet reader is built in python with opencv for image processing, C# and .net is used for providing gui to make it easier to use.
The bubble sheet reader supports multi-processing which makes it really fast.
The accuracy of this bubble sheet reader is around 99.9%.
