An AIX provider for poise-service.
See poise-service for more information
about usage and configuration. Add poise-service-aix to a cookbook's
dependencies to enable the plugin. Once enabled, :aix will also be set as
the default service provider.

- processaction: default
once- see AIX service documentation - runlevel: default
2- see AIX service documentation - sleep_duration: default
1- How long to sleep between stop and start when "restarting" a service.
