Clone this repo to have an article template for your .Rmd based paper, and a Makefile to produce it using knitr, pandoc, and the material at kjhealy/pandoc-templates (to go in ~/.pandoc), and kjhealy/latex-custom-kjh (to go in ~/Library/texmf/tex/latex/).
