MusicBox

MusicBox is an open-source music player built on Next.js that allows you to play MP3 files and stream tracks from YouTube. With features like playlists, favorites, real-time listening with PeerJS, YouTube video playback, search functionality, and robust track organization, MusicBox provides a full-featured music player experience.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have the following installed:

  • Node.js
  • npm (Node Package Manager)

Installation

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/monokaijs/musicbox.git
  2. Navigate to the project directory:

    cd musicbox
  3. Install dependencies:

    npm install

Usage

  1. Start the Next.js development server:

    npm run dev
  2. Open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:3000 to use MusicBox.
