Front-end for detectors read-out used for nuclear physics related projects
This package requires the following modules:
- numpy (http://www.numpy.org/)
- matplotlib (http://matplotlib.org/, https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib)
- scipy
- picosdk-python-wrappers (picosdk)
Ones the required libraries are in place, install the PicoNuclear with:
$ python3 -m build
$ sudo pip install .
bin/miniPET.py provides a working GUI example, it was created for the mini-PET project but gives overview of methods
