🔠I am currently working on a project experimenting with the generative model of spatial transcriptomic clonality 'Tumoroscope' by rebuilding it in PyMC – my experimentation notebook runs some simulations and I am working on releasing the PyMC implementation as a Python package: tumoroscope-pymc.
📦 I recently built the nciraspw package to expose the NCI Ras Inititive's Ras Pathway 2.0 as a NetworkX graph object for analysis.
