Add corpora search UI elements

Add a search box or other UI element (checkboxes?) to support searching over specific corpora. The UI element will probably need to be hidden behind some kind of "advanced options" toggle. Search pages will accept "corpora" as a url parameter, with strings (g1b, cw, news, nell) separated by spaces to indicate which corpora to retrieve from.
Didn't we decide during that meeting not to expose this in the general UI, and leave it as a hidden setting?
Yes - by hidden, I took that to mean that there would be an "advanced options" button, or something, that revealed the corpora search UI. That's also what we had in the old demo.
For some reason I thought we were leaving it as a URL option... Maybe I misunderstood.
I remember things as Nikki does, so maybe we shouldn't worry about this for
now. This feature would be nice, but there's plenty more to do and this isn't
easy for Nikki to do on her own.

Done, although we should add some sort of feedback that tells you which corpora you searched - the easiest way would probably be to change "### answers from ### sentences (cached)" to "### answers from ### sentences (cached) in the corpora" or similar.
