In order to run this program,
- Download the dataset from https://www.kaggle.com/unaissait/curated-chest-xray-image-dataset-for-covid19
- Change the file location in line 10 and 12 in CovidvsPneumoniaDropoutDataAugmentation.py to match the location of the dataset directories.
- Change line 13 in CovidvsPneumoniaDropoutDataAugmentation.py to a location where a new directory can be created.
- Run CovidvsPneumoniaDropoutDataAugmentation.py and expect a runtime of a few hours.
- Run ActivationLayerVisuals.py after the previous step has finished.
