Error message using plotSmoothers: invalid 'times' argument

Hi,

Thanks for the amazing package and vignette.

I converted a seurat object (seu) to a singlecellexperiment (sce) object, and then passed the sce through slingshot. When I ran plotSmoothers to produce a plot showing gene expression along pseudotime as demonstrated here, an error message appeared.

Error in rep(0, nrow(dm)) : invalid 'times' argument

What seems to be the problem to do with 'times' argument here?
Shall I include a pseudotime data frame somewhere?
Is it a problem resulted from seu-to-sce conversion?
