Currently, there are two interactive commands available you can use to generate type and call hierarchy.

M-x eglot-hierarchy-type-hierarchy -
M-x eglot-hierarchy-call-hierarchy
That's it.
Some LSP servers may require you to open a file in order to retrieve the class or calling hierarchy of a type within it, while others may not.
If you are using Emacs 29.1, issue the following command:
(package-vc-install "https://github.com/dolmens/eglot-hierarchy")
Alternatively, you can download the eglot-hierarchy.el file and
load it somehow.
There is a custom variable eglot-hierarchy-call-site, if set to t, then clicking the hierarchy item will navigate to the first call site instead of the function start.
