Install:
npm i (or yarn if you have it installed)
Start dev server:
npm start
Prod build:
webpack -p --progress
point your browser to http://localhost:3000
supports live reloading of both JS and SASS changes; however, if you change the root index.html or webpack.config.js files, you will need to restart the server
