Installation

To install the project one must clone this repository:

git clone https://github.com/konraddysput/BioDocumentAnalysis.git

and run installation command (preferably using virtualenv):

pip install -e BioDocumentAnalysis

Usage

Running the loader:

TipsterDataLoader load_tipster <path_1> <path_2> <path_3>
