Motive for development
- Disaster message can't be sent all of citizen cause of physical and technical limitation.
- If there are people who receive disaster message firstly, we can resend to our friends and family using SMS or Push Message.
- Needs to Increase efficiency of sending disaster message.
Basis of development
- Actually, all of GSM/CDMA communication did not work. VOIP based messenger properly worked during japaness earthquake(2011).
- Most of mobile companies provide 'free SMS service'. we used this.
Goal
- Push and SMS send/receive
- Parse and filter disaster message.
- Load phone number registed in mobile device with App.

- 2016.09.24 : Team building, Generate Github Repository.
- 2016.09.25 : Titanium Development Enviroment Setting.
- 2016.09.26 : Make Message filter logic.
- 2016.09.27 : SMS Parsing and make 'select button'
