References for tooling workshops

Reference materials for monthly discussions around tooling for technical writers.

Organization

References for each workshop are sorted into directories by category. Each categorical directory contains topic directories for individual discussion topics. Topic directories are not organized by date, but by utility. Each topic directory contains a README.adoc file with the reference material for the workshop.

For example, references for the workshop on handling merge conflicts in Git can be found in the reference/git/merge-conflicts/README.adoc file.

This organization is used for intuitive navigation on GitHub.

Contributing

All of the available reference materials are written in AsciiDoc markup.

Reference materials are organized based on utility, not number of workshops held. Only one reference file is used even if a particular topic has been covered multiple times. Append any additional information covered by a workshop to the appropriate reference file if one exists.
